Better spring than Eibach Prokit for daily?

So I recently bought a 13 Cooper S convertible with Rotiform 17" wheels and the prior owner said he had installed lowering springs years ago. It seems a little too low for me, but it could just be due to the fact these cars already appear low. It seems a little too "bouncy" for me and it doesn't do to well with the dips and bumps we have here in western NC. I just jacked it up and found it to have Eibach Prokits and stock shocks. I was already planning on getting Bilstein B4's for sport suspension as the lower bushings are worn and cracked on the stock shocks (71k miles). Is there a "better" lowering spring- I've seen H&R and Neuspeed. Both seem to drop it 1.2" f/r. Thanks for any help. I don't want to spend coilover money if at all possible. I have to replace the worn upper camber arms (M7- ends have slop and are 7 years old) as well as rear brakes and the left inner tie rod end.

hello,

Bet the factory shocks are on their way out if its bouncy. Bilstein B4' would be an easy swap and i would do the upper mounts all around. Thats about the average drop for MINIs

I just ordered new B4 sport shocks, upper front mounts, rear shock bushings, wipers, rear brakes, floormats, left inner/outer tie rod ends, and M7 rear camber arms with poly ends from ya'll just a few minutes ago. I called it in to get my veteran discount and I appreciate that! The left inner tie rod had play in it, rear lower shock mount bushings were cracked, rear rotors severely grooved.
