Koni yellow settings

Installing a Competition H-Sport sway-bar hopefully later today. With that said i will be pulling the rear shocks off and figured now would be a time to get ideas on settings. Suspension is stock R53 with the exception of koni yellows and soon to be a sway bar. What do you guys recommend for shock adjustments in the rear? Also should we just start out on the 1st setting on the sway bar and then adjust from there seeing as that will be a big improvement over stock? Thanks for the help.

To some, shock settings are personal preference just like oil brands or women . I've got my rears set to one turn off full hard. It's a track car, though and what works for me may not for you. Set your rear bar full soft for starters, then increase as you get used to the increased oversteer. If you're installing adjustable drop links, be sure to dial out any preload on each side. When checking, have the rear suspension fully loaded on the wheels and tires.
