M7 info please

Ive read the forums re H&R,K&W, M7 ect and have come to the conclusion that possibly the M7's would suit my needs for the best drop/ride/handling compromise as I believe they are progressive. Im open to persuesion but where do I buy the M7's and what should I expect to pay for them?
