SuspensionSprings, struts, coilovers, sway-bars, camber plates, and all other modifications to suspension components for Cooper (R50), Cabrio (R52), and Cooper S (R53) MINIs.
I am rebuilding my struts, front and rear. I have ordered a 21 mm strut nut socket for the front from ECSTuning; however, they do not offer a 16 mm for the rear, nor can I find it anywhere else. What do people do? Will an offset box wrench work? TIA.
As it turns out the rears do not require any special tool, unlike the fronts which due to the deep recess in the mounts requires a socket with cutout for an allen wrench.
