Can springs work their way loose from strut perches?

When trying to diagnose a loose feeling in my cars suspension (very new, only a couple of days), I noticed my front springs aren't seated properly in the strut perch (bilateral). The "pig tail" isn't in the notch of the rubber pad and the spring isn't exactly centered on the strut either. I had my car serviced at INSKIP a couple days ago and immediately noticed an uneasy feeling in my suspension. I had a cooling flush, I'm assuming it was put up on a lift. Is it possible for springs to work their way loose while up on a lift? This is really strange! I also get a clunking noise when moving my wheel back and forth while parked.

I have an H&R Touring Cup suspension that uses the OEM perches and bump stops. I've had zero issues until 2 days ago. Any ideas?
