Poly bushings for the rear shock mount worth it?

Something like this..

http://www.madnessmotorworks.com/mad...-bushings.aspx

I am installing KWs this weekend which reuse the factory shock mount. The bushing now is foam. Is it worth the $75?

Poly bushings on shocks and sway bars often make a creaking noise if they are not greased on a regular basis. I'd stick with the rubber ones.
