Megan Coilover Questions

I just installed a set of Megan Street Coilovers on my 2005 Mini and wondering if I need to change the End Links on the front. My car is riding really high, about 2" higher than my stock struts with HSport lowering springs. I was starting to adjust the ride adjustments, but didnt like how it was putting stress on the End Link. Is this normal, or do I need to purchase adjustable end links on both front and back? I have to drop it another 2+ inches to get it where it was...

I am not a suspension guru so appreciate anyones help.

You should not have to replace the end links...

Thanks. I went back out yesterday to survey what was needed. It looks like it just pulls up on the Sway bar, which I am guessing is okay. I have it down to almost where it was with the HSport Springs on the front. The rears I left slightly higher until I get a set of adjustable control arms to adjust the camber. The ride feels pretty good. Trying to dial in the adjustments. I will post some more pics of the ride height.

I am still tuning the Coilovers to find the best setting for normal day-to-day driving, but I now have renewed driving experience with the mini. It was time for changing the struts, and adding the coilovers along with the strut tower defenders feels like it is solid again. I can take the rear down a little but will end up purchasing the Adjustable LCA's here shortly.

I have the Control Arm bushings to swap out, but don't know about dropping the subframe. And, wasn't sure I had the right tools to replace them while they were on the car. Wouldn't mind dropping the subframe to get at all the bushings and the power steering hoses which were leaking. All that for another day.

Motor On!

Its not too difficult if you have the tools and space to get under it.

Yeah, I have seen these threads and the options and most seem pretty straight forward. I have a shop located near me that I can pay to use a lift which may be an option to keep me from rolling around on the floor... Again, my preference would be to take the subframe out and replace as many bushings as possible to really get the car back to new.

Question: How can I get access to the pictures that were included? They don't seem to pop up anymore.
