Lift kit?

I am looking for a 2003 mini cooper lift kit. I'd like to get my car 2-4" higher off the ground, cause the front end keeps scraping in certain driveways, and I read that having it lifted 2" is a big difference in handling. People can't believe that the mini didn't come stock lifted off the ground.

My mini is running on 15" rims so thats why I am thinking more then 2", but not sure if that would be too high.

It is a base, and would be nice getting her off the ground more.

Just put spacer plates between your struts & mounts. Much like putting camber plates. Then run 18s w/ higher sidewalls. I will never do this though. MINIs are best lower than they are from the factory.

Best to just trade it in for a Countryman.

For best of both worlds get air sudpendion. It's pretty expensive, but you'll have both! Haha

or just try not to drive it into a ditch all the time
i ran 15s lower than your car ever will be and it worked out fine
and i was roughly slammed on 17s still ok.
the scraping is normal its just the air dam its designed to rub.

Another tip, if it's steep driveway, drive your car on it or off at an angle. I do that all the time here. Sometimes I get a dsc flash, so I have one front wheel of the ground. People sometimes do look funny at me when I angle my car like that, especially when they're driving a pickup, but then I just floor it and laugh at them
