I have heard that the 22mm H-Sport Rear Sway Bars (like the kind Randy Webb sells) are currently out of stock everywhere and that H-Sport has unfortunately suffered some delays in producing more of them.

Does anyone have any info on this, or when they will be available again?

 

I don't know. But I'm interested in one also and would like to know when we can expect H-Sport to be producing again.

 

Their pipe-bending machine was broken, and they were waiting for the new machinery. They estimated three to four weeks (and this was two weeks ago) but you have to consider that at this point you're in a line that's growing.

In my search for them I spoke with a lot of MINI vendors (Randy, M7, Helix) and others, and rec'd a lot of help, but all have the same story to tell.

Don't hold your breath, guys. I ordered the H-Sport package from H-sport itself in early November. At that time it was the rear camber arms that were out of stock. They were supposed to be available in "2 weeks". A week before Christmas I called and was told, "about 2 more weeks". Third week of January still no package and guess what I was told? You got it, "two weeks". I cancelled my order, called the credit card company and prepared to search the secondary suppliers. The next day I got my package in the mail. It must have shipped even before I called.

I love the product but I think those guys need to get a handle on their inventory control.

 

Does anyone have any info on when they're going to get their bender fixed?

 

FWIW, I spoke with Randy Webb this afternoon and ordered the H-Sport rear bar from him. He tells me the bending machine has been fixed and they are just waiting to have some bars powder coated. Randy is expecting a shipment next week.
