Suspension Megan Racing Roll Center Adjusters
Megan Racing Roll Center Adjusters
I did some searching and haven't found much information on these so far so figured I would post up and ask. Is there a general benefit from these?
Over the last couple months I've been battling around to figure out what suspension setup I want to go with for handling, while maintaining comfort. I had Koni yellows w/ Swift Springs installed and for me it was just a little too stiff.
I picked up an 06' GP JCW Suspension setup, but couldn't get myself to cut off the bushings on the rear ones to install so I never tried that. Then I came across an unbelievable deal on some KW V2 coilovers and installed those... well I love them. Needless to say, Koni/Swift and GP will be getting sold.
Well The KW V2's go a minimum of .8" drop which is already more then my Swifts. I have the coilovers set to almost the maximum height as I don't really want my daily driver slammed down. So I started tooling around with the idea of adding some roll center adjusters and going a hair lower. I have a Roll Center adjuster/spaced tie rod setup on my MR2 and it made a world of difference after I installed.
I have the KW's installed now and the ride is far improved, but I bought them used (they look brand new) and they didn't have rear bumpstops/dust boots so I ordered those and man, $75 shipped for both rears, just for KW's patented bumpstops... yikes!
