H sport lower camber arm inner Zerk fittings up or down

I know the instructions say you should have the inner Zerk fitting (90 deg. angle one) pointing down. I'm just wondering if this is absolutely necessary, as it looks like it'd be easier to fit a grease gun in there in the future with the fitting pointing up.

Thanks.

I don't see why it would be a problem the fitting should do it's job regarless of weather or not the nozzle is facing up or down.

Up is the way to go, the Grease gun commonly can't get around the subframe if it's on the bottom
