Suspension popping and creaking

I recently had a h&r sport cup kit installed on my mini cooper s 2007. About a week after the install I started to experience creaking and popping sounds around the suspension area located on the driver side. Sounded like something was loose. I took it back to my mini mechanic and he checked everything, and nothing was loose. The car handles perfectly. No vibrations in the steering. It just creaks and pops when my car starts to pull forward. No sound when turning the steering wheel. Just when it starts pulling forward. It's driving me nuts. Any thoughts? Sway bar maybe?

My H&R springs creak too. No pops, but when I hit dips in the road, I get the creak.

Spherical bearing in the top hat may be too tight?

Read over your post again, you mentioned no noise when turning. Ignore my suggestion.
