torque specs for rear control arm?

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for the lower rear control arms? I'm doing my suspension in a couple of weeks and I'm getting all of my parts in. I have the info for the the rest of the suspension, but what about torque specs for the control arms?

BTW, I'm going to be doing the H-Sports.

The rear lower control arm bolts should be torqued to 100Nm (74ft-lbs).
That's for BOTH the inner (subframe) and outer (hub).

How is anyone able to get a torque wrench up to reach the subframe bolt? There's barely enough room for a standard box-end wrench.

You can buy extensions at any tool store for your sockets. They usually come in 3, 6, & 12 inch lengths.

you take a 3/8 breaker bar with a snall head
a 18mm shallow socket
backside of the subframe takes two hands. It's all by feeling. Zero visual.
for the lower. You can use an impact, 1/2 inch flux head adapter and the 18mm short socket.
for the upper, same method for the back of the frame with the 3/8 breaker bar
the front upper has no clearance so you need a 3/8 ratchet and 18mm small socket (extendable ratchets are fantastic here)

The trick is to use your fingers up at the head, near the bolt you're holding. Don't rely on the bar. It's only useful when breaking the torque. You'll want to move your had up to the head after or it'll slip off over and over. 100000% possible and did my uppers during an hour work lunch. Just presoak the bolts with pb blaster and it's a cake walk. It's just figuring out how to reach it that was a pain to figure out before hand.
I'm a homeless vet so. If I'm not working or sleeping in the car, i was under it trying to study. Now my suspension is rebuilt except the sway bushings since they were OK and the rear aren't all that hard later anyways. So if you've got a question. I can try to help.
