Suspension ST coilovers..anyone have them?
I'll post up pics as soon as I have them. I was going to do the install today but the install has to be delayed for a few days. My buddy that was going to help me had a problem with his truck and he had to get that taken care of :-(.
I'll make a new thread with pictures as soon as I do the install. I'll even try to snap some of the process.

Easy weezy! I don't have any photos yet. I'll post them up after I do some adjustments. But this is what I found so far. With the spring perches adjusted all the way to the top, in the front, I went from a 4 finger gap down to a 2 finger gap. I measured my fingers, so I got about 1 - 1.2" in front.
The rears didn't drop at all though. With the perch all the way at the top, it's like factory ride height. I am waiting till tomorrow to see if it settles (I doubt it) and will adjust it then clean it up and post pictures.
As far as spacers are concerned. I used 5mm spacers up front and I can stick my finger in between the perch and the tire. I'm running 215/45/17 conti DWS tires on factory challenge spoke wheels. If I go any lower, I'd need a larger spacer. The 12 will probably work.

I have so many threads about suspensions, coilovers, and ST that I forget which ones I have where, LOL. I've now had about 400 miles of butt time in my MINI with this setup and I have to say that I LOVE the setup. I'm so glad that I went ahead and chose ST. If you want ST coilovers, definitely look up the Suspension Source (forum sponsors). Their customer service is unmatched IMO. They took care of me even though I was stupid and ordered the wrong part. That's what I call service.
Anyway, the ride is superb! On the highway and normal roads it rides like factory -- I am running non-runflats so that may contribute to it as well. Around curves, I notice no body roll. Also, if I hit a bump mid-corner, the car no longer skips over those bumps like it used to.
I'm sure the ride is more firm if I lowered more, but I'm happy with where she sits now. After 400 miles and 2 weeks, the springs have settled a hair -- I'd say maybe 1/4" if that.
I lowered the rear down because it wouldn't settle anymore. In the picture below, I have 16 threads left. After settling, it's a tight 2 finger gap.
Best of all, at this ride height, I still don't have to worry about going over speed bumps and I have no steering wheel vibration like some others that have lowered their cars.
