sports plus springs

hi, i have got an 04 mini one... i want it lower but dont want to go to the extent of 35-40mm where i would be risking the integrity of the shocks and cant drive over speed bumps... and was just wondering if the sports plus springs were slightly lower than the stock mini one ones...?

Honestly 35mm isn't much lower. a little more than an inch. you'll be fine over speed bumps, and aftermarket lowering springs aren't hard to come by at all. i'd only reccomend the way motor works tsw lowering springs. or just go for an inexpensive set of coilovers like v-maxx or megan racing.
hope this helps

35mm is a lot actually for a Mini. It has very little suspension travel (not much more than 35mm, and that's including the bumpstop).

EDIT: the TSW springs are fine though.
