Sports Plus springs

Merry Christmas to you all!
I think I need some advice........
The front suspension on my 2003 MCS Works has taken a pounding over the years and I currently commute 10 miles across South London, 84 speed humps each way!
I run on 215/45/17 Toyos and have Sports Plus suspension.
I have, waiting to be fitted a set of Koni FSDs, Superflex bushes and Ireland Engineering Top Mounts with a Forge Strut Brace, the turrets have mushroomed and I think this will help.
My question is are the Sports Plus springs stiffer than plain 'S' springs and how much lower are they?
Thinking I may fit 'S' springs if it will help take the bumps better, my glovebox is always popping open and the black plastic skirt under the nose grounds when going over some of the worst humps.......
Definitely don't want to lower it but would an aftermarket progressive spring will help?
Thanks.
