Suspension Looking for new coilovers
Looking for new coilovers
I have an 03 MCS with the stock suspension. At first I was just looking at springs, but I want the ability to adjust. So far, I've narrowed it down to the VMaxx kit or the H&R coilovers. Can anyone tell me what kind of other parts (end links, control arms, spacers, etc)? My biggest concern is having massive negative camber or issues with rubbing. My wheels are 17x7.5 et45 Rota Rb's. Any advice is greatly appreciated
You'll need a set of rear camber links if you lower it, that way you'll be able to get the rear camber and toe correct.
We've sold more Vmaxx than the H&R's, and had many happy customers.

I don't track the car, but I am a 'spirited' driver :D
It's pretty much to get rid of the 4x4 look. I have no intention on slamming them all the way, but i really want the ability to adjust. Plus, with 90k on the stock struts, by the time I replace springs and struts, I might as well have gotten coilovers.
Way, I've read in a couple different places that with the Vmaxx's there is a good chance I will need spacers too. My wheels have an offset of 45, do you think I'd be ok?
