how low can you go without spacers?

i tried searching and didnt come up with anything..im putting my coil overs in this week and was wondering how low i could go without using spacers...

im running a 205/45/17 tire.

prolly to the ground without spacers and 205/40-17.

yeah? the vmaxx go 70mm but i prob wont go more then 50mm or so
