R57 down spring-help me

Hi there
please let me know about this
My car is R57 cooper S and I have plan to set H&R spring
But as you see, springs for R56 and R57 have same parts number in official site.(www.h-r.com)
Can I use R56 spring as R57?

Should be fine.

You can check the H&R website to look at their numbers as well.

I wouldn't use the standard R56 lowering springs on an R57, with the extra weight of the cabrio, the springs will most likely just colapse like they do on the R52 cabrios. You could try the NM Engineering springs for the clubman on your cabrio, but I haven't even done that yet.
