Are coilovers for our cars available in USD(upside down) or RSP(right side up) configurations?

I'm asking this is because i noticed certain coils have their adjust ***** located on the top and some on the bottom. I'm assuming the **** is on the end where the shock body is and not the on the leg end. So those coils with the **** located on the bottom (Bilstein PSS10, HKS Hipermax III) would be RSP shocks (which happen to have a higher unsprung weight)?
