adjusting coilovers?

OK, just got my M7 coilovers on the car today, boy do they make a huge difference! Very nice and controlled feel...

Since these are my first set and I had a shop install them, I have no idea how to adjust them. The instruction manual doesn't help much, so I thought I would post my question here. I have 2 needs:
1. the drivers side rear sits about 2/8th's of an inch taller, so I need to drop it just a tad on that side. How do I drop that side?
2. the front end is kinda "bouncy", I want to firm it up a little, how do I do that?

thanks guys

I would def. let them settle in a few days or a week.... the "bouncy" feel in the front can be adjusted with the damping **** at the bottom of the coilover...it has 15 "clicks" all the way down(like you were loosing it) is softest...move your way up till you get rid of the bounce, i have mine in the front at 4 clicks up. .....As for the height adjustment, let it settle in then have the shop adjust it as you will need to have the cars alignment re adjusted...Hopefully the shop has experiance in adjustable suspension work. Good luck, once you work things out you'll love them even more!

OK, I went out to the car this morning, jacked it up a little bit, saw this little **** (smaller than the rears, silver with dimples on it), I cant tell but does it need to be "loosened" to adjust it? The rears I set up with no problem, the front one doesn't want to turn...?
