...it's a secret and there are a few different spring rates tailored to specific VIN for the purpose of matinf spring rate to actual build weight. The JCW set up is more composed than the stock setup, but will never be confused with a track setup or even an aggressive coilover kit.
It is about perfect for daily driving and occasional track use...not necessarily autoXing, however.
