It does look like a nice product and a good price. However take a closer look at the details; "Our exclusive street performance bushings and mounts are made with a more forgiving urethane formula! During spirited driving, polyurethane bushings and mounts provide more responsive handling and maintain better control over suspension geometry than stock bushings. Along with this improvement in handling, though, comes a stiffer ride -- a welcome side-effect on a smooth race track, but much more noticeable on the streets. Our street performance urethane is formulated with a touch of polyester. This new compound is more forgiving than 100% urethane, so it’s better for street BMWs."
Just beware you may pay a higher price in ride quality for what may be limited street benefits.

Take a closer look at the details.
They say that straight polyurethane bushings are great on the track, not so great on the street. The bushings they sell are not straight polyurethane, so they are more comfortable on the street than a straight polyurethane bushing.
Is this thread about bushings or control arms?

The thread is about the overall product listed in the 1st post. Yes they say the mixed polyurethane is better, but how much better? That's not real clear on the site link given in the 1st post. My comment was just a warning about ride, not that any one is better then another, because it's really a matter of ride desired by each MINI driver.

Sorry, I hadn't kept up with the bavauto product offerings... that description is what is posted with the front control arm bushings they sell which I have. I didn't realize that they are now also selling a 4 rear control arm set with bushings made of the same material.
The bavauto bushing material is between stock and full polyurethane in stiffness.

The Bav Auto arms look like unpainted Megans with shorter center turn-buckles.

Also, are they heavy?

We've been Using Hsports for a long time and had great success with them, I even use them on the race car. The Hsports also come with zerk fittings in them already. I'd save the $60 and get the Hsports over them. Let use know how they work for you, and how they work 6 months later.

I have heard nothing but good things about the H-Sports, although I have yet to hear of anyone wearing out the Helix arms (with the booted heim joints, not the exposed ones) either.
