Some tire shops won't touch the car. But I figure if a shop won't touch the car with studs then I don't want them touching my wheels.

Yeah, I'd heard that. You think it's because of a liability issue? They don't want to be held responsible if there is a failure?

Anyone know of anyone making a 90mm stud kit that will fit the R56? The Turner Motorsports ones are only for the R53 :(

http://www.eurosportdesign.com/pc-15...eel-studs.aspx

Reason I want the 90mm is so I can play with different spacers.

Quick question, getting the 14-12mm stud conversion kit allows you to mount a wider selection of wheels, but will it have any effect on the R56 stock wheels that normally fit w/ 14mm? (eg. bridgespokes or crownspokes) TIA

They work fine with all of the OEM MINI wheels, except for the wheels that have a decorative pop-off center cap covering the bolt holes.

I've been using conversion studs with my Webspokes for about 50k miles now.

The new coating we spec'd has solved this issue...

We do still make and sell the TSW conversion studs.

Every once in a while someone has trouble getting them out, but usually it has been after the car was in an accident.
