Alignment specs needed

I have installed the TWS new springs and a 19MM rear SB recently (500 miles ago or so).
As my MCS is not my daily driver and I intend to do between 4 to 6 track days on 08 I would like to get and alignment that would favor track but would not make the car too twitchy for street driving.
Your input will be highly appreciated!!.

Here are my current settings. My car is an R56 MCS. The only modification to the suspension is H&R springs which lower the car about 1.4 inches.

The tires are Potenza 01R's 215/45 - 17.
I like the way the car drives. It is quite willing to turn in, but needs to be steered; no draping your wrist over the rim of the steering wheel and letting the car go where it wants. I am spending the weekend in Tucson doing stages I and II of the Evolution program and I'll be curious to see how the car works for me at speed.
cheers,
Joe

Looking at your mod list, it appears you don't have camber plates or rear control arms?

You're pretty much limited to toe changes, if so... Neutral toe up front and slight toe in for the rear...

Yes I do not have camber plates or rear control arms..I might get some of those in the near future I hope.
Can you define "slight toe in rear", and how about camber?

Slight toe-in in the rear say like (1/16 toe-in) will give more stablity and make the car less twitchy. More negative camber in the front say like (-2.0)with adjustable camber plates or fixed camber plates will give the front of your car more grip. The more grip in the front, the better the car will turn-in and rotate. Less negative camber in the rear say like (-1.0) will allow for more rotation due to the rear of the car having less grip. This is where adjustable rear control arms come into play here. There are the upper rear control arms that allow (toe adjustment) and there are the lower control arms the allow (camber adjustment). It is up to you on how much adjustment and rotation you want your car to have.

Yup - 1/16" total toe in for the rear, neutral toe in the front (as close to 0 as they can get it).

For camber, and a more 'track oriented' setup, I'd shoot for -2.5 up front and -1.5 in the rear. From our testing, this setup works with r-comps or street tires on the track and won't kill your tires for daily driving (with religious rotation every 3k miles for your street tires).

This'll keep your car stable and pointed in the right direction when you come screaming down the banking, across the apron, and into turn 1 at Texas World...

Sweeeet...I will take the car for an alignment tomorrow.
Thanks both of you Chili p. and the TWS team.

Nope, and I guess that's the reason the technician could only do -0.70 camber on the front .
