lots of people out there have 18's on the r53. rubbing? well, depends on offset, tires dimensions, how slammed you are, etc.

At first I thought: Must be nice to live where there is no winter weather, getting to lower the car that much and using such rims. But then I remembered how much I love snow.

Some of the best MINIs are represented in this thread.

I don't know if you can see it...I can barely, but I still have the extra aero bumper splitters on. I only have a 1/2" clearance now. And I am gonna dremmel those off and cut my bump stops so I am even lower....

There comes a point where going any lower would ruin the dynamics, one would think. Have you ever considered an airbag suspension?

That is the lowest I've ever seen a MINI. I am taken aback by that. You removed the wheel well right?

Kalbone, what kind of camber are you running on the rears? Those tires don't look very flat. Looks really good though. I need to invest in some coilovers soon.

That picture doesn't do the car justice at all...it looks WAY better than that in person...

Ya, nice 'company' car Mario..

No seriously, all the ball bustin' aside, those Cross coilovers really give the car a good stance...
