Strut plate = Camber plate?

Obviously, the reinforcement plates do just that. Reinforce. But, do camber plates do the same thing? Or, is that just for adjustabililty? It would seem pointless to be able to adjust camber so you could drive more aggresively and not have a stronger strut tower.

you have pretty much answered your own question. camber plates are typically thick, strong pieces of aluminium that reinforce the top of the shock tower, while allowing for adjustability. if you install camber plates, you shouldn't have to worry about mushrooming (unless you are a rally driver).

That and the addition of a M7 STB, would be a much stronger shock tower system .
