The Stage 1 Suspension Upgrade Kit blends the racing performance experience of Mini Mania with the demands of the enthusiastic MINI street driver. Aggressive 'lowered' look with much improved handling!
MINI did a wonderful job with the handling on the new 3rd generation F-series MINI, but their design is on the conservative side to appeal to the widest segment of the market. This leaves room for improvement for the 'enthusiast' type driver.

When we talk about 'improving' the suspension, we always begin with a larger rear sway bar. This upgrade reduces the inherent 'understeer' built into the car for safety and provides a more 'balanced' car. This allows you to carry more speed into and out of the corner while keeping the car 'flatter' in the corners.

The Lowering Springs lowers the center of gravity allowing a quicker turn-in response and also helps to keep the car flatter in the corner.
