Need "How to" instructions for PS pump replacement

I am one of the many who has had power steering pump failure. I have an '02 MCS with 51K miles. My pump had gone out and come back on a few times before it started staying on all the time. I ran the battery down a few times before realizing I had to unplug the battery every time I parked the car. I had it diagnosed and the dealer want $1600 since I am out of warranty.
I don't want to spend that kind of cash right now, and would like to replace the pump myself. I have found a pump from a junk yard for cheap, but I can't seem to find instructions on how to replace it.
If anyone knows how- or can tell me if they own a manual that gives details instructions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I looked it up on the TIS CD, and it's about what you'd expect. A mounting bracket, hose to resevior, pressure hose, and return hose.

A few more details and bleeding procedure here:

Not too hard. Just bolts and nuts to get the subframe off the car and get access to the pump itself. Like 002 said, if you need help, shoot me a PM and I can try to talk you through the steps.

AZMCS,
It will come out without lowering the subframe. Did you have to do this?

sdv515,
Yes the pump is what makes the whining noise. Mine has gotte louder and louder, but hasn't cut out after 105k miles. I have replaced others that cut out intermittantly. I am always suprised at how quiet the new pumps are compared to mine. I though I left the last one unplugged when I started up the car for the first time. I know my day will come soon, til then I'll keep telling people that it is the supercharger.
