tires rolling

i started my car when it was jacked up (probably not the smartest idea) and noticed the tires were rolling even though the car was in neutral. just wondering if this is normal.
(didnt know what to search for)

Just a little drag on the clutch. You could have stopped them with your hands if you wanted. Nothing wrong.
