MINI Service Ratings
I haven't seen a rating for the Service Departments for MINI. I believe all of them are using the service departments from the BMW dealerships. Whereas MINI of Concord, the showroom has great service and is focused on the customer and the MINI experience, Teresa in the Service department doesn't seem to get it. After I told her what was wrong I came to find out when I picked up the car that she wasn't paying attention and wrote the car up for something different. She admitted she thought I was talking about a known problem with the front seats and didn't realize that when I said back seat that I meant it. She didn't have the part so I had to wait for the part to arrive. The parts department called to let me know the part is in. When I called Teresa and left a message, once again, not listening, I tried to set up an appointment but she had the parts department call me. Luckily they set the appointment up for me. So far I am unimpressed with the Service Department at Concord. They have all service write up go through Teresa so I don't know if it will improve or not. :???: I hope it does, the people at the showroom are great!
hey gobsmacked. i'm getting my MINI from Concord as well and i have to agree with you on the showroom staff. it's so nice to be able to just give them a copy of your liscence and take the car out by yourself. What kind of cooper did you get? where you located? I live in Antioch.
I'm in Alameda for now, we are moving to Denver at the end of the month. I have a Dark Silver Cooper S with S/P packages, rally lights and white bonnet stripes. I just got my Wyland plates. I will have to give them up when I get to Colorado.
