I have an issue with my car

For the past year my car has had this really annoying rattle in the Sunroof with its in the tilted position. It seems not to be temperature related and heres the kicker..........Global Imports have had it in to fix this 3 times and have done the usual felt on the air deflector etc and it still rattles
They are now reduced to denying it rattles at all!! Ha! Im slighty deaf and I can hear it!!!:impatient

Anyone had this and had it solved??

Apart from this I looooooooove my car
Had too many cars to mention and before the Coper I had a Porsche Carrera2 2002 Loved that car too but somehow the Cooper is more fun and a better car

I have a rattle in mine as well and the car is only three weeks old. I did figure out what was causing it. In mine there is a torx screw loose in the mechanism that tilts the sunroof. It was causing a washer to rattle around. I'm planning on taking it to the dealer this week to have it tightened. Right now it has a piece of duct tape over the washer to hold it in place.

 

I've an 03 MCS and have had sunroof cassette replaced twice now under warranty because of loud rattles when sunroof is open or in tilt open position. Headliner and lots of car interior has to be removed to replace this part. Eventually the rattling has returned. Also had to have sunroof glass replaced few months back as metal part attched to glass broke off. I now just put up with this annoying noise.
