Does anyone make a trailer hitch for the Mini? I would like a 1 1/4 receiver to mount a bike rack

If you mean for the non-S model, yes, the factory makes one, but we can't have it here. There is a kit for sale here: www.hitch-web.com

If you mean for the S, there isn't anything main-line commercial, but there is the kit Paul Hacker is selling on ebay, check this thread:
