No power to the OBC or Starter... Can't even jump the car!

Ive been asking friends and those in the know what they think and the only logical response I have come up with so far is that I blew the main fuse. I am going to assume that its the one inside that orange case for now (correct me if I am wrong).

Does anyone else have any ideas of what the F could be wrong? Any other fuses or relays I should check? Anyone have a diagram of all the fuses and relays in the car?

Thanks in advance!

there should be a big 40 amp fuse off of the possitive battery termial from the battery. Thats the only thing ive seen that causes you not to jump start a car.

Seriously... I might apply for a job at the plant after this I cant figure out exactly how that damn heat sheild that goes around the starter sits in there.... ive spent so much time wrestling it in and out of there that its all bent out of shape and the grommets have competely fallen off. I think ill need to get a new one tomorrow and try to install it with the header out of the car
