Engine won't turn on first start!

My car is an 03 MCS with 15%, 2% crank pulley, Webb HDI, Scorpion Exhaust, MTH, Screamin Demon Coils with Livewire wires, GRS Cooler, and Denso IK22 plugs...

its just these few days that.. the engine refuses to turn over when i start her up in the morning.... it takes a long crank before it'd struggle to turn, but then it'd die as it just catches idle and i'd smell huge amount of petrol around... then it'd turn alright, but not instantly on 2nd crank.... anyone know what it maybe caused?

as well, after a drive, when i shut the car off... the engine would make a screech noise almost immediately after i shut the car off, and have a few mechanical whirrs before it all goes silent...

my car has been problem free for awhile.... someone wnat to enlighten me as to what's happening? i might have to book an appointment with MINI soon if it keeps happening

Summer gas

I'm not sure why our mini's are more affected by the summer gas but I've had this problem for 2 weeks. I bought some STP gas treatment and added it to a full tank of gas as recomended on label. Car starts on first try now.
