You guys will probably think I am crazy, but is it possible to put a manual transmission in a 2005 Automatic Transmission MINI Cooper S?

Anything is possible, just a matter of cost-effectiveness.
Might be cheaper to trade for a 6-speed model.

I agree that a trade-in would be most cost effective, especially because the auto transmission is a premium option.
