non synthetic oil

the dodge dealer i just got my mini from put non synthetic oil in by mistake.how critical is it to get it changed over right away--mini dealer doesn't have an appt for a week

Running (Driving) your MINI for a week with "regular" oil should not harm it. Have it replaced next week with the approved MINI Synthetic Oil at a MINI dealer and all should be well. No sweat.

Shouldn't be a problem. If you're worried, change the oil yourself, pretty simple job as well.
