flywheel/noise again! what to do

hello everyone, i few weeks ago i went to the dealer near my house about a knocking sounding/clicking. I thought it was the throw out bearing and the foreman agreed. He said i would be getting a whole new clutch along with the normal stuff and replace the FW if needed. So i pick it up a week later, look at the papers and see they only replaced the flywheel, which is fine, but now the noise is starting to happen again. When i dropped it off i talked to a diff tech cause the foreman was on vacation and he didnt know what was supposed to be done yet. Im just wondering, do you think they replaced all the parts they should have while doing the flywheel cause the papers didnt say much and the techs were gone when i picked it up. I wanna try to start modding this week(as im on vacation) but am afraid i will go back to the dealer and they will blame the pulley and other stuff im doing with it. It might be in my head, but it also feels a lot slower since they 'fixed' it?

think i should go to the dealer and show them, set up an appt and have them write down that the prob was seen b4 the mods than go to helix and have them work magic? that way they cant blame mods
