Headlight washer
Hello,
In the middle of showing off my new Cooper to some friends, we decided to try the headlight washers. When the little arm popped out, the chrome piece on the leading edge broke off and washer fluid now sprays straight ahead.
Anyone else have this happen? It appears that the black tube that the chrome piece attaches to broke off. I guess I need to bring the car in for an adjustment of the hatch latch (rattles) and my throttle feels a little sticky sometimes. These things are disappointing on a new car with less than 1000 miles and one that I've only had for 2 weeks!
Love it otherwise..
Cheers,
Lee

Thanks,
Seems like I had exactly the same problem he had in that thread. It wasn't the first time I ran them, but I actually, now that I think about it, I did notice a "click" of sorts the first time I ran them - seemed to be hanging up on something as it came out and returned. I didn't think anything of it. Must have just been enough to snap it off the next time it popped out.
