Hey all I just got in for messin around in this northeast snow. Problem being I was playin a little to hard. I hit a curb and knocked my steering rack off a couple of teeth. I'm think'n I'm gonna be puttin in a rack any ideas what it runs to replace this unit. Part costs only I’ll be doing the install.

How do you know the rack is bad? Jumping teeth inside the rack is near impossible without the assembly casing completely exploding .

It is more likely you bent a tie rod or some other part of the front end (control arm).

 

UP ON THE LIFT TODAY. BUSTED AN EAR RIGHT OFF. doh!!
