timing chain off R60 mini (flywheel pin not locking)
timing chain off R60 mini (flywheel pin not locking)
I finished the timing chain and car did not start. I removed the valve cover to double check that but seems like only the two cams on top are in time but unable to get the flywheel in to lock it. Can I remove the cams on top while they are in the right time then manually rotate the crankshaft until pin gets in the put the cams back on top?. what would be the right procedure to do this?. do I need to remove the tensioner again?. please let me know.
