I had a previous Mini where I followed a youtube video to remove the manual transmission to change my clutch. Is there anything different on the automatic transmission that I should be aware of? I picked up a 2006 Auto for cheap but it has some weird stuff going on with the shifting, I am going to tackle the valve body first then possibly remove the transmission. Any ideas where I can find a transmission rebuild kit thats reputable? I was thinking of getting the valve body from Wolfsburg Tuning unless someone suggests otherwise. The amazon valve bodies have no or bad reviews.
