2003 r53 all right turn signals not working.

Hi All.
I've seen some posts about this but most are quiet old and no solutions in there for me. Some were Left side....mine is Right side but right hand drive!

So.
Turn signal stalk works.
flash is at normal speed.
All indications in dash are correct.
Ticking from centre console.
No flashing on any of the exterior turn signals. all 3

Tried from a spare working car
Footwell module.
LIght stalk.
Center console
Steering console.
Bulbs checked.
No voltage to any indicatoRs.
Ohms test shows ground wires conduct to chassis.
All fuses checked.
no power to fuse 5 but same on 2 other working cars

Please help

The GM module controls the turn signals. It's fed by a multitude of fuses. I would start with checking them.
If you have a BMW/MINI scanner, I would also scan it for errors.

I've had lights burn out, and NOT cause things to flash, or throw an error. I'd check that first.

[Thanks.
found fuse 5 has no power to either side of fuse.
Just dead .
Not sure if it's the panel or faulty or no input power.
Will investigate that next.

Fuse 5 on the panel in the engine bay or the panel in the footwell?
Either way, neither of those are related to the GM module- so don't worry about it.

I'd start scanning for error codes next
