Smoke From Rear Passenger Side Tire

I was driving the car around today for some errands. Smelled some burning rubber smell. I was close to home so I just drove the rest of the way home. When I got out, the rear passenger side wheel had smoke coming from it and it STANK. I can still smell it on my clothing.

Anyway, my first assumption is sticky caliper or parking brake. Am I headed in the right direction here? I didn't see any fluid anywhere and I plan on getting into it tomorrow when I have a bit if free time.

I also saw this but I'm in the mindset of it can't be that easy...

Could be the tire is rubbing somewhere due to a suspension problem. I don't think the rubber smell would be from a dragging brake, but the wheel would be a strong clue if it's very hot after driving/braking and the brake is dragging.

I'll take a look at that tomorrow.when I have it up. It may have been a burning brake smell too. I still smell it though. It was really bad.
