Steering creaking at full lock

About a thousand miles ago, my steering wheel started creaking when turning to the right near full lock. The creaking sound is coming from the passenger side front tire. The car drives perfectly fine and feels normal. The only thing abnormal is this sound. Here's what it sounds like: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r5_...ew?usp=sharing

Any thoughts or advice? Would it be safe just to spray some lube on the parts and see if the sound goes away? Or should I actually get it inspected?

It could be a lower ball joint, tie rod end or upper shock mount. I would have someone move the steering wheel while you listen outside by the wheel. It may not do the noise if you jack it up because it takes the load off those joints. just move it with the weight on the suspension. Once you find out which one it is you can investigate further.

My guess: strut mount

sounds like it’s time for a suspension refresh

Hmm I'm not sure its the suspension because I had it inspected a couple thousand miles ago, unless something went bad within those few thousand miles which would be kind of sad. I will have someone move the steering wheel and listen from the outside though.

Okay so interestingly enough, I washed my car yesterday, and now the left side squeaks as well XD. So I have no idea what that means.
