Headlight grounding location?

I have a 2007 MCS with Xenon headlights. When I turn the headlights on while the car is not running, they work. When I start the car, both headlights flicker horribly. I have replaced the bulbs and the ballasts with new. The body control (footwell) module has also been replaced. Problem still persists. I now believe that the problem is bad headlight grounding. Can anybody tell me which of the many grounds to chassis located throughout the car grounds the headlights?
