R50 198900 miles previous owner only ever topped off the oil

New:
valve cover gasket
oil housing
front suspension EXCEPT TIRODS
timing chain, guides, & sprockets
top engine mount

I have:
Rear suspension EXCEPT TRAILING ARMS
Lower and transmission motor mounts
Oil pan gasket

Help:
I left the sun roof open and let rain into my car, since then the speakers don’t work but the stereo seems fine.

Headlinner is hanging, but I’ve had advice for that.

Cold weather 2nd gear engine breaking makes a sound like marbles tumbling around. Stops after a few miles.

I had ticking even after replacing the timing components, and I suspected rocker arms, but it’s been gone for a while now

The hood is either missalighned or bent. I used the hooks on them to tow my car when I first got it.

Either door has a gap letting in air and sound.

I will post pictures soon and appreciate everyone in the community. I intend on producing a guide with pictures to help people with their timing chain replacements soon.

 

With all the seasonings it is 1.4oz heavier than the Chinese replacement

What is probably the original mount is still pretty stiff. Just with my fingers I’d say it’s equal to the stiffness of the new one.
