Hello all.
Im having problems with my mini cooper s r53 170hp.
First i think i have a problems with my timing chain, death ratle ,but on furder inspection i find worn camshaft. Im thinking my worn camshaft is the source of the knocking noise.


The camshaft bearings are looking okey. Allso the rocker arms are looking fine too, only one of the rocker arms need to be replced.
The engine compresion is allso even on all 4 cylinders.
My big question is for the replacment camshaft.
​​​​​Is the chamshaft need to be from the same engine code W11 B16 A or i can youse a camshaft from different engine like W10 B16 A 116hp?
