2005 MCS Vacuum leak, sensor or fuel system?

So out of nowhere, Phoebe is acting strangely. I noticed at first that she was idling just ever so slightly above normal rpm at stop lights. Not every time but enough to notice. No loss of power or anything at that point. Recently at stop lights she started bogging down occasionally then will rev to ~1k on her own just to go back down and either act normal at normal idle, sink again and get choppy then go back to normal or sink and get choppy just to sit at just above normal idle. This time however I can hear the car running differently, less popping and hard to tell but I believe some power loss too. It happens at random but frequently now. I performed the classic "Seafoam that sucker" steps already. Fuel additive and also an intake treatment and both seemed to have helped restore some of the power and exhaust bang but still having this idle issue. Checked the PCV already and it's operating normally according to the blow and suck test. So let's take a vote? Vacuum leak, dirty sensor or fuel system? Just in case anyone wants to know I always use 5w-30 Royal Purple every 3k and have not put anything other than 93 octane gasoline in her since I bought her 20k miles ago.

I wish there were codes. Not even pending my friend. Absolutely nothing.

Check your supercharger boots. That's a common leak area especially if they've been removed recently. The underside is often an area that doesn't seal properly if not reinstalled perfectly.

So yesterday it was a solid 94°-95° and today it's around 60° and she ran so so much better with the cooler weather. Still idling a little tiny bit high but didn't rev to 1k and felt like it had more power probably because of the 30°+ difference in temp. The intercooler has not been removed since I have had it but I will make a point to check those first hopefully tomorrow if the weather gets less rainy. Figure spraying around for vacuum leaks is probably an easy and appropriate first step.. I'm going to try looking that video up to see if it fits my situation and I'll get back to you.

This is the one...not sure it’s the same issue. But something to consider.

I had looked it up last night lol the symptoms don't really match but it's still definitely a possibility. I'm gonna bring the car in the shop at lunch and let it cool down before I do the carb cleaner test for vacuum leaks before I leave for the weekend. The bypass valve itself is inexpensive. $55 or something like that so if there's no vacuum leak I'll just order it and replace it for good looks.
