Update: I got my oil filter housing gaskets replaced by my new mechanic. This is what my guy sent me. Gaskets look clearly shot to me. Hopefully no more leaks for me.

No problem. My leak has definitely been fixed now with the oil filter housing gaskets replaced. It’s been over a week and I have checked underneath every day since the job was done. No signs of any oil leaking at all anymore. No oil smells inside the cabin anymore either. Glad that this has finally been situated.
